See. Analyze. Coach. Improve.

Your gym builds the foundation. senseii sharpens the edge.

Beginner or advanced, your real progress happens on the mat — with your coach, your gym and your training partners. senseii extends that progress into your living room, hotel gym or backyard, so you can practice more moves, refine technique and show up sharper next class.

No hardware. No sensors. Just your phone camera.

See senseii in action

A short look at how the AI coach sees your movement, analyzes your technique and guides you through every rep.

Your space

Set up in 30 seconds, train anywhere.

No special gear required. A phone, a small space, and a way to prop the camera so it can see you — and you can see the screen.

  1. Mount the camera

A tripod is ideal — it keeps the phone steady and framed head-to-toe. We’ll offer one as an accessory later, but any stable surface works today.

  2. See your coach

Position the screen where you can watch your virtual sensei while you move. You follow the class; the camera follows you.

  3. Turn on sound

Your AI coach calls out corrections, tempo and encouragement in real time. Hearing the cue while you move is what makes it feel live.

  4. Solo or together

Train alone, or bring a sparring partner into frame. The camera sees both of you and coaches each movement as it happens.

  5. Run the quick scan

On start-up senseii does a 20-second body scan — it checks the framing, finds every joint and learns who you are before the class begins.

The start-up scan

~20 seconds

Before every session senseii calibrates to you and your room. Good coaching starts with a clean read — if the camera cannot see a joint, it will never comment on it.

01

Full-body framing

Stand back until head, hands and feet are all inside the frame. senseii tells you to step back, move left or raise the camera until the crop is right.

02

Joint detection

A short A-pose and a slow turn confirm all key joints — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles — are tracked from front and side.

03

Light & space

It flags backlighting, dark rooms, cluttered backgrounds and too little floor space, so feedback stays accurate once you start moving.

04

Who is who

senseii learns your body proportions and stance so it keeps coaching you — and tells you and your sparring partner apart when two people are in frame.

The loop

Four moves, repeated until it becomes instinct.

See

Camera in, class on.

  • Watch a martial arts class or drill led by a coach on screen
  • Your camera sees you at the same time — no wearables required
  • Train solo or with a sparring partner; the camera follows both of you

Analyze

Every joint, every angle.

  • Pose tracking maps your body and limbs frame by frame
  • Checks whether the technique is actually executed correctly
  • Scores guard, stance, rotation, extension and timing

Coach

An avatar sensei that talks back.

  • Live cues on flow, technique, power and recovery
  • Suggests corrective drills the moment a fault repeats
  • Speaks out loud so you keep your eyes on the screen and your hands up

Improve

Progress you can measure.

  • Skill levels and belts per discipline
  • Session breakdowns, streaks and personal records
  • Targeted programs built from your weak points

Beyond the mat

A coach looks at the whole athlete.

Nutrition that fits the goal

Cutting for a weight class or losing the first 10 kg — senseii builds a meal plan around your body composition and training load.

Conditioning and bodyweight

Push-ups, core, mobility and strength blocks scheduled around your martial arts sessions, tracked by the same camera.

Pairs with your watch

Apple Watch, Garmin and Whoop feed heart-rate zones, calories and recovery into how hard your sensei pushes you.

Recovery aware

Slept badly? The program adapts — technique work instead of a conditioning round, and back to intensity when you’re ready.

For dojos & gyms

Want to offer this to your students?

The senseii mirror is a smart training mirror with a built-in camera. Students stand in front of it, see their reflection with a digital coach layered on top, and get live corrections while they drill — a second coach on the mat that never gets tired.

  • Every student, every hour

Students drill on the mirror before or after class while you run the mat. The digital sensei handles reps and corrections; you handle the art.

  • Your curriculum, your coaches

Load your own syllabus, grading criteria and coach-led classes. senseii checks students against your standards, not a generic template.

  • Progress you can see

Belt-track dashboards per student — technique scores, attendance, weak points — so gradings are backed by data, not memory.

“Drop the rear elbow — protect the ribs on the return.”

The camera coaches you. It doesn’t record you.

Pose estimation runs on your device. senseii works from the skeleton — joint positions and angles — not from your footage. No video is uploaded, stored or shared, and you can train with the analysis turned off at any time.
